Appointments and Consultations at Active Care Physiotherapy
Appointments can be arranged by phone, fax, online or email. Our clinic does not have a waiting list, so we can schedule your initial assessment quickly, usually within 24 - 48 hours.
Referrals and Physicians
A physician's referral is not necessary to book an appointment with us, and most patients come to us direct. Nevertheless, your physician's role in your treatment remains essential. We believe in a multidisciplinary approach and will therefore ensure that our patients contact their family physician as soon as possible.

Tammy looks forward to each day seeing smiling faces of people who are “on the mend”. She believes that people need to be happy mentally as well as physically to heal as a whole.
Working at Active Care Physiotherapy has introduced Tammy to the joy of being physically active. This was something she hasn’t necessarily “enjoyed” in the past. Chris and Laura are great coaches and encourage her every step of the way!
Tammy enjoys spending time with her grown family and takes pleasure in making quilts for others to wrap up in. Her and her husband love to cook a gourmet meal and entertain friends and family every chance they get.
