Our clinic is owned and staffed by highly experienced physiotherapists registered with The College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. They are supported by an expert team including our massage therapists, physiotherapy assistants and our wonderfully efficient office administrators!
Chris Cole B.P.E.(Co-op), B.Sc.(P.T.), M.C.P.A
Physiotherapist & Partner
Chris graduated from Memorial University with a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education before he attended The University of Western Ontario to complete his degree in Physiotherapy. After working in a couple of out-patient orthopedic clinics Chris and his wife Laura decided to open Active Care Physiotherapy in November of 2003.
Chris has a passion to help people. His treatment approach integrates manual therapy, exercise prescription, and education. He has completed manual therapy training through the Canadian Physiotherapy Association Orthopedic Division. He enjoys learning new techniques to help people get better faster. Chris takes a special interest in treating active people and vestibular rehabilitation.
Chris is a proud member of The Ingersoll Chamber of Commerce. When he is not working he loves spending time with his family, coaching, exercising, and playing hockey.

Laura Cole, B.Sc.(Kin.)(Hons), B.Sc.(P.T.), M.C.P.A
Physiotherapist & Partner
Laura holds two degrees from the University of Western Ontario. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology before completing her degree in Physiotherapy in 2002. Laura truly enjoys her profession. Laura has completed several post-graduate courses in manual therapy, office ergonomics and exercise prescription. When Laura is not working she loves spending time with her three boys, running, exercising, and playing golf.

Tammy Riach Office Administrator
Tammy has been Office Administrator at Active Care Physiotherapy since 2005. She says this is her “dream job”. She loves working with and meeting new people. Tammy looks forward to each day seeing smiling faces of people who are “on the mend”. She believes that people need to be happy mentally as well as physically to heal as a whole.
Working at Active Care Physiotherapy has introduced Tammy to the joy of being physically active. This was something she hasn’t necessarily “enjoyed” in the past. Chris and Laura are great coaches and encourage her every step of the way!
Tammy enjoys spending time with her grown family and takes pleasure in making quilts for others to wrap up in. Her and her husband love to cook a gourmet meal and entertain friends and family every chance they get.

Jordana Uren - Registered Massage Therapist
Born and raised in London, Jordana comes from an active family that was immersed in sport, fitness and health. As a graduate of D’Arcy Lane Institute of Massage Therapy (London Ontario) in 2009, Jordana participated in many co-op placements and volunteer outreach programs, gaining treatment experience with a wide range of individuals including elite athletes, patients in palliative care, those who have experienced brain or spinal cord injuries, prenatal and postnatal clients, and infants.
Jordana has had the pleasure of practicing at Active Care Physiotherapy alongside Laura Cole, PT for the past three years. During this time, Laura and Jordana have worked together to promote ideal outcomes for individuals who have undergone joint replacements, sustained athletic injuries, and those experiencing musculoskeletal or joint dysfunction.
Jordana dedicated the first 7 years of her practice to pre and post-natal massage therapy and infant massage, gaining extensive experience in the field.
Jordana is an active member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.

Brad Reichenbach - Pedorthist
Brad attended the University of Western Ontario from 2000-2006, where he obtained his Bachelor’s in Kinesiology and Diploma in Pedorthics. Since being certified in 2007, Brad has worked at numerous clinics all across Ontario providing Pedorthic services.
Brad specializes in custom-made foot orthotics, medical grade compression socks, Kinesio taping as well as, ankle, knee, and back bracing. Brad’s assessment includes a patient history, range of motion comparison, dynamic gait analysis, joint angle/anatomical measurements, and 3-D foam or plaster slipper casting of the foot to generate a custom foot orthotic.
Lakeshia Romney- Registered Massage Therapist
Lakeshia is excited to join the Active Care Physiotherapy team after graduating from the Advanced Massage Therapy program at Fanshawe College in 2018. Lakeshia began her education at Brock University and graduated with a Bachelor of Kinesiology Honours Degree, giving her a strong foundation in anatomy and exercise physiology.
Thus far as a Registered Massage Therapist, she has experience working on the rehabilitation of athletes, specifically Varsity and Olympic. Lakeshia also has experience in Pre and Post-Natal massage, Pediatric massage, concussion management, overuse injuries, and TMJD.
Lakeshia focuses on the goals of the client whether that be pain relief, rehabilitation or maintenance of health. She strives to meet these goals through implementing a variety of modalities such as Therapeutic Exercise, Fascial Release Therapy, Joint mobilizations and stretching to treat acute or chronic conditions.
She looks forward to continuing her education in the related field and offering her gained knowledge with her clients to better their future recovery.
Julie-Ann Bacani - Physiotherapy Assistant
Julie graduated in 2019 from TriOS College, Diploma of Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy Assistant. Julie has been working with Active Care Physiotherapy, Ingersoll since 2019. She loves meeting new people and has a passion to help others. When Julie is not working, she loves to spend time with her family outdoors.
Vanessa Lively - Physiotherapy Assistant
Vanessa joined the Active Care Physiotherapy team in March 2022. She graduated in 2021 from St. Clair College with an Occupational and Physiotherapy Assistant Diploma. She is passionate about helping others and ensures each patient has a positive experience within our clinic. When Vanessa is not at the clinic, you can find her either at the baseball fields or enjoying the outdoors with her son.
Randy Reyes- Physiotherapy Assistant
Randy joined Active Care Physiotherapy in April 2022 as an intern and became a permanent part of the team in August 2022 after graduating from Trios College with a Diploma in Physiotherapy Assistant / Occupational Therapy Assistant. Randy is always wearing a smile and looking forward to meeting clients with enthusiasm. At home, he enjoys watching basketball, playing with the kids and cooking for family.
Paige VanBuskirk - Office Adminstrator
Paige Is a graduate of the Fanshawe College Office Administration-Health Services program, and started with Active Care Physiotherapy in August 2022. She has experienced her own personal success through physiotherapy and massage and enjoys seeing others on their own journey to health and well being. She enjoys sports, and continues to play both beach and court volleyball. Paige loves spending time with her family and friends, is an avid reader, and an enthusiastic baker, specializing in banana bread and brownies. Paige is an animal lover and a long time volunteer with Salthaven Wildlife Rehabilitation and Education Center.
Roxanne Mathews, P.T.
Roxanne graduated from Canisius College (University) in Buffalo, NY, in 2004 with a Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training. During and following her undergraduate education she worked as an Athletic Therapist with a number of athletic teams in both the United States and Canada including junior hockey, professional baseball, and university athletic teams. Upon her return to Canada, Roxanne attended the University of Western Ontario in London, ON, where she obtained her Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy in 2010. Since then, Roxanne has received certifications in acupuncture (2012), and pelvic health (2018). Roxanne enjoys working with her patients from start to finish and seeing them through their rehabilitation goals. Although Roxanne treats many forms of physiotherapy, she has interests in post-surgical orthopaedic, pelvic health, infant torticollis, and vertigo.
Outside of her role as a Physiotherapist, Roxanne is an avid traveller who has visited Africa, South and Central America, and the Caribbean. She has even written a book! She has taken an interest in, and has been learning the Spanish language since university. Roxanne is an animal lover who refers to her furry friends as her “children.” She also has a very active human daughter who is involved in numerous sports and dance. When offered “me time,” Roxanne enjoys beach days, outdoor day trips, and being near the water.
Devanshi Patel, Physiotherapist
Devanshi is a resident physiotherapist with a strong passion for orthopedic and geriatric rehabilitation. She completed her bachelor of physiotherapy in 2018 and has been working in the physiotherapy field since then.
She believes that she isn't only treating a body part, but a person. Using an evidence-based approach, she puts the patient's goals and preferences first by using some old-fashioned listening.
Devanshi enjoys treating people of all ages and a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions and her specialty is pre and post-operative knee and hip replacement rehabilitation. She believes that exercise should be central to rehabilitation and compliments this with manual therapy techniques.
Beyond the walls of the clinic, Devanshi enjoys working out and playing badminton. She also loves to travel and spend time with family and friends.
Vishal Khare R. Kin., D.O.M.P., D.Sc.O.
Vishal Khare has been serving the Canadian Healthcare industry for the past 10 years. He is a Registered Osteopathic Manual Practitioner and also holds the title of a Registered Kinesiologist.
He has a Diploma in Orthotics and Prosthetics from George Brown College in 2011, Bachelor of Sciences with Honours in Kinesiology from York university in 2015 and Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Practice in 2021 from Canadian College of Osteopathy. He successfully defended his thesis on “The Effects of Global Osteopathic Treatments on Dizziness in Patients with Whiplash” in 2021. Vishal holds an extensive background in Orthopedics, Kinesiology, Exercise Therapy, Cardiac Rehabilitation, Fascial Stretching, Functional Nutrition and Mental Health.
His experience in diverse background allowed him to develop a thorough understanding of various pathologies targeting lower back pain, concussions, heart health, and musculoskeletal disorders. His multi-disciplinary work history looks at heart health post any cardiac events, mental health across ages and the functional movement post sports and accidental injuries. Currently he focuses on treating the body as a whole; and specializes in TMJ dysfunction, cranial-sacral therapy, visceral, muscular, and fascial mobilizations. In his treatments, he focuses on treating the root cause rather than the symptoms to improve the patient’s quality of life and get them living pain free.
